It’s the most wonderful time of the year to plan your 2024 family vacations. This November and December, many of the world’s top hotels, tour companies, cruise lines, and other travel providers are rolling out their Black Friday and end-of-year discounts and deals, which means you can get something on the calendar to look forward to in 2024 and save some serious cash at the same time.

Of the hundreds of pre-Black Friday and end-of-the-year deals and discounts for travel available right now, these are the ones that offer the biggest savings and best values to help make your 2024 vacations easier on your wallet. Here are my picks.

Of the hundreds of pre-Black Friday and end-of-the-year deals and discounts for travel available right now, these are the ones that offer the biggest savings and best values to help make your 2024 vacations easier on your wallet.

1. Sandals Resorts and Beaches Resorts

You can save big on a tropical getaway with the “Gift of Blue” sale from the all-inclusive Caribbean resort brands Sandals Resorts (for adults-only vacations) and Beaches Resorts (for all-ages vacations). Use the promo code GOB2023 between November 13 and December 21, 2023, to receive up to a $750 air credit and up to a $250 resort credit on vacations of seven nights or more at select brand properties, including Beaches Turks & Caicos, the new Sandals Dunn’s River in Jamaica, and the soon-to-open Sandals Saint Vincent (coming March 2024).

This pre- and post-Black Friday travel deal is good for vacations all the way through November 3, 2024. For every booking made between Thanksgiving and Giving Tuesday (November 28), $50 will be donated to the Sandals Foundation to support its ocean conservation efforts. 

2. Trafalgar Tours

Well-respected tour company Trafalgar is offering huge savings with its pre- and post-Black Friday travel deals available when you book between November 16 and December 5, 2023. Big discounts of up to 15% are available on more than 50 itineraries, including more than $1,700 off the Highlights of Australia and New Zealand trip, more than $1,00 off the Scenic National Parks Explorer tour, and more than $1,000 off the Best of South Africa itinerary.

3. Contiki

From November 17 through 30, 2023, Contiki is offering savings of up to 25% on more than 60 trips across six continents. Contiki’s tours are geared for travelers ages 18 to 35, and on-sale trips include the new South Korean Soul and Sea, Safari, and South Africa tours as well as longtime favorites like the Italian Escape trip.

4. Booking.com

The mega online travel site Booking.com is offering Black Friday deals between November 16 and 29 for accommodation stays taking place up until December 31, 2024, and for attractions taking place within three months of the booking date. This is the first time Booking.com is offering discounts of up to 25% off for selected attractions and things to do. Accommodation discounts start at 30% off for more than 31,000 places to stay around the globe.

5. G Adventures 

The end-of-the-year Cyber Sale from popular guided group tour operator G Adventures runs from November 1 through 30 and features discounts of up to 30% for select trips departing up in 2024.

6. Priceline

Priceline’s Black Friday deals are being unrolled in waves through November 27. Early access offers include savings of 30% or more on select hotels and up to 50% on Rental Car Express Deals, plus Mystery Coupons for as much as 99% off for Email Insiders. For Black Friday, look for deals like a $100 resort credit with select Mexico and Caribbean hotel bookings, up to a $2,000 onboard credit on select cruise bookings, and up to 25% off select rental cars. Cyber Monday Flash Deals will include up to $100 off hotels (promo code CYBERMON15) for the first 500 customers to claim them.

7. Sea World Orlando

One of Florida’s most popular theme parks, Sea World Orlando is offering major savings on single-day tickets and bundles with all-day dining and Quick Queue Unlimited for its Black Friday Sale. You can also score savings on Fun Cards good for unlimited visits through 2024 and combo tickets with Busch Gardens Tampa Bay or Aquatica Orlando. You can find similar deals at Sea World San Antonio and Sea World San Diego.

8. Expedia

Expedia members can save 30% or more on select hotels when they book by November 29, 2023, and travel by the end of 2024.  

9. Great Wolf Resorts

You have two opportunities to save on a trip to Great Wolf Lodge’s much-loved indoor water park resorts. On Black Friday (November 24), use promo code FRIDAY to book rooms starting at $24 per person (minimum of four people) at Great Wolf Resorts properties for stays between November 24, 2023, and February 29, 2024. On Cyber Monday (November 27), use promo code CYBER to save up to 50% off a stay between November 27, 2023, and February 29, 2024. All stays must be booked via Great Wolf Lodge’s website.

10. Velas Resorts (Mexico All-Inclusive) 

Black Friday deals at Velas Resorts all-inclusive properties in Mexico include up to 20% savings on nightly rates, complimentary stays for kids, and 50% off for teens. The deals are good for stays throughout 2024. The new Grand Velas Boutique Los Cabos (opening in December) is also offering a $100 credit for romantic experiences at the hotel.

11. JetBlue Vacations

From November 21 through November 29, you can save up to $750 on a flight-and-hotel or flight-and-cruise package from JetBlue Vacations for travel through October 15, 2024. Promo codes are required and can be found on the JetBlue Vacations website.

Club Med: Club Med has a “Sunkissed Escapes” deal that offers up to 40% off an all-inclusive stay plus an up to $200 additional instant credit per person. Book by January 8, 2024, for travel by June 28, 2024. Kids under four stay free and you can bundle the trip with airfare to save an extra 10%. If you prefer skiing to sunbathing, there’s a similar “Snowkissed Escapes” deal for the brand’s wintry resorts.

OUTRIGGER Resorts & Hotels: You can save money on a Hawaiian getaway with OUTRIGGER Resorts and Hotels‘ annual Cyber Sale. Get rates up to 40% off when you book between November 22 and December 4, 2023.

Xanterra Travel Collection: Running November 21 through December 1, 2023, Xanterra Travel Collection‘s annual Thankful for Travel Sale offers savings across its portfolio of brands, which include lodges and resorts at or near U.S. national parks as well as a cruise line, railway, and tour companies. Deals include savings of up to 30% on rooms at Yellowstone and Grand Canyon National Park lodges, and up to 25% off a 2024 stay at Sea Island.

World of Hyatt: Use offer code STAYNOW and book by December 5, 2023, to score deals on World of Hyatt brand hotels in North America, Central America, South America, and the Caribbean for stays completed by April 30, 2024. 

Westgate Resorts: Book by November 28 to take advantage of Westgate Resorts’ Black Friday/Cyber Monday hotel deals. Available for travel through December 19, 2024, the deals offer up to 50% off the best available rates at properties in U.S. vacation hot spots like Orlando, Florida; Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge, Tennessee; Las Vegas, Nevada; and Branson, Missouri.

Omni Hotels & Resorts: Between November 17 and December 3, you can score savings of up to 40% off the starting rate for rooms at Omni Hotels and Resorts‘s many properties, including its family-friendly hotels. The deal is good for stays between November 17, 2023, and February 28, 2024.

Blue Diamond Resorts: Blue Diamond Resorts is offering savings up to 25% off for bookings made between November 16 and 26. The deals are available for travel through December 23, 2024, at Royalton Luxury Resorts, Royalton CHIC Resorts, Hideaway at Royalton Resorts, and Planet Hollywood Hotels and Resorts all-inclusive resort properties in Mexico, the Dominican Republic, Costa Rica, Saint Lucia, Jamaica, Antigua, and Grenada.

Rosewood Hotels & Resorts: From November 24 through 28, use promo code CYBER23 to get 30% off the best available rates at Rosewood Hotels and Resorts properties around the world. The deal is good for stays through June 30, 2024. 

Hilton Hotels: Hilton’s Black Friday sale offers savings of up to 50% at select Hilton properties. The list includes family favorites like Hilton Anaheim, Hilton Orlando, and Hampton by Hilton Boston Seaport District.

Arlo Hotels: On Cyber Monday (November 27), you can save 50% off the standard room rate for Arlo Hotels in New York, Miami, and Chicago. The sale is good for bookings through December 30, 2024 (subject to blackout dates).

Viva Resorts by Wyndham: During its Black Friday and Cyber Week Sale, Caribbean all-inclusive resort brand Viva Resorts by Wyndham is offering some serious discounts. Its “Buy One, Get One FREE” offer allows a second guest to stay for free when accompanied by a full-paying adult (based on double occupancy). The deal is available for travel throughout 2024 at participating Viva Resorts by Wyndham.

Wyndham Rewards: Wyndham Rewards members (join here for free) can save 20% or more off stays at participating all-inclusive resorts, including brands like Registry Collection Hotels, Wyndham Alltra, and Wyndham Grand, during the loyalty program’s Black Friday sale. Book directly by November 29 for stays up until April 30, 2024 (blackout dates may apply).

Marriott Bonvoy: From November 21 through November 28, Marriott Bonvoy members can visit marriottbonvoy.com/escapes or the Marriott Bonvoy mobile app to get 20% off stays taking place between November 26, 2023, and January 15, 2024, at more than 6,500 participating hotels around the world.

Sonesta Travel Pass: Sonesta Travel Pass members can get up to 30% off stays through April 15, 2024, by using promo code CYBER. Bookings must be made by November 30, and there’s a two-night minimum length of stay for the pre-paid, non-refundable offer. Book by November 27 to get savings of up to 30% off at participating Fairmont Hotels and Resorts properties for stays through June 30, 2024. Join the Accor Group’s loyalty program (in which Fairmont participates) and receive an additional discount of up to 10% with the Members’ Rate.

Atlantis Paradise Island: Atlantis Paradise Island offers its biggest discounts of the year during its Cyber Week Sale. The sale runs from November 22 through December 1, 2023, and offers the fifth night free (20% savings on 5+ nights) and a $250 resort credit per stay for travel from January 2 through November 30, 2024. You can also add the popular Beverage or Marine Adventure Experience credits to you reservations, and for every $100 purchased, an additional $20 is added. Bunkhouse: Book by November 27 using code TOYOUFROMYOU to get up to 30% off a stay at any Bunkhouse property between now and December 31, 2024. The super-stylish hotels would be great for grown-up getaways or family trips with teens.

New York City Tourism: For NYC Hotel Week, New York City Tourism is offering 24% off reservations on 150 hotels across the boroughs for travel between January 3 and February 4, 2024.

Intrepid Travel: From November 20 through December 4, Intrepid’s Cyber Sale offers discounts of up to 25% on trips to more than 100 destinations, including tours for families. 

EF Go Ahead Tours: Education-focused tour provider EF Go Ahead Tours is running a month-long sale with different deals each week. The sale offers discounts of $600 per traveler (or $1,200 per couple), with some short-term “lightning deals” of up to $1,000 off per person. November 17 through 22 has an Asia and Africa focus, and the big Black Friday/Cyber Monday offerings are available November 24 through 27.

Rocky Mountaineer: Rocky Mountaineer is offering savings of up to $1,100 per couple for select packages on any Canadian route and up to $1,500 per couple for select packages on its Rockies to the Red Rocks route for its Black Friday sales offer. The savings are available for new train tour bookings for the 2024 travel season made by December 4, 2023. 

CIE Tours: Through November 25, you can save up to $600 on more than 20 popular CIE Tours trips to Ireland, Britain, Iceland, and Italy. The company is also offering Cyber Week savings of up to 15% per couple for travel starting from June 1, 2024, through August 31, 2024. The Cyber Week deal must be booked online between November 26 and December 2, 2023.

Royal Caribbean: Take advantage of Royal Caribbean’s Black Friday sale to get up to 30% off each guest for new bookings made by December 4, 2023, for sailings departing on or after December 1, 2023. Kids can also sail for free on new bookings made by December 4 for sailings departing between December 1, 2023, and April 25, 2026, with select exceptions during holiday periods.

Holland America Line: Book between November 17 and December 1 to get up to 30% off select sailings offered by Holland America Line. Select cruises also include prepaid stateroom crew appreciation, adding up to nearly $700 of extra value per person depending on the length of sailing.

Uniworld Boutique River Cruises: Luxury all-inclusive river cruise line Uniworld Boutique River Cruises will unveil a new offer each business day for its 12 Days of Christmas Event. The first deal gets released on Black Friday (November 24), and this year’s offers will include savings of 50% off popular cruises. You can also book new cruise and air combos for savings of up to $3,000 on select trips.

Margaritaville at Sea: Jimmy Buffett-inspired cruise line Margaritaville at Sea offers its biggest sale of the year with the Black Friday Cruise Deal. Book by November 26, 2023, to get a two-night cruise for two to The Bahamas starting at just $89. The deal also includes up to 30% off packages and excursions and is available for sailings through December 30, 2024.

Seabourn: Small-ship ultra-luxury cruise line Seaborn is offering a two-category veranda suite upgrade, an up to $2,000 per suite shipboard credit, and 50% reduced deposits on select 2024 voyages during its “Black Friday Sail.” Bookings must be made by November 27, 2023.

Norwegian Cruise Line: Norwegian Cruise Line is offering 50% off all cruises on all ships, including the recently announced Norwegian Aqua that debuts in 2025. The promotion can be combined with NCL’s Free at Sea offer, where you can choose up to six perks that include free unlimited open bar, free specialty dining, free Wi-Fi, and free shore excursion credits.

Adventure Canada: Small ship cruise tour operator Adventure Canada is offering up to 25% off the berth cost of select 2024 small-ship expeditions for bookings made by November 25. Trips that are part of the promotion include the Heart of the Artic excursion and the Atlantic Island Odyssey cruise.

Princess Cruises: Available through November 30, the cruise line’s Black Friday/Cyber Monday deals offer up to 50% off 2024 and 2025 cruises, 50% off deposits, and the opportunity for third and fourth guests to sail for free. The 50% off sale applies to all fare types including the cruise line’s inclusive packages like Princess Plus and Princess Premier, which add in amenities like Wi-Fi, beverages, fitness classes, and crew gratuities.

Oceania Cruises: For its Black Friday sale, small-ship luxury cruise line Oceania Cruises is offering savings of up to $5,400 per stateroom for bookings made by December 5, 2023. The deals also include the company’s “simply MORE” offer, which includes 2 for 1 cruise fares, free roundtrip airfare with airport transfers, free shore excursions valued up to $1,600 per stateroom, free champagne and wine, free gourmet specialty dining, and free unlimited Wi-Fi.

Discovery Cove: Orlando marine mammal park Discovery Cove is offering savings up to 50% on reservations for visits through December 31, 2024. Purchases must be made by midnight on November 24, 2023, and you can also score 30% discounts on upgrades like day beds and cabanas for taking a break during a day of swimming with dolphins and snorkeling with tropical fish.

Busch Gardens: Score savings of up to 60% off for single-day tickets, Fun Cards good for unlimited visits through 2024, and combo tickets with Sea World Orlando through Busch Gardens Tampa Bay’s Black Friday sale. Busch Gardens Williamsburg is also offering Black Friday deals on tickets to Busch Gardens Williamsburg and Water Country USA as well as the 11-park Platinum pass that offers admission to Busch Gardens, Sea World, and Sesame Place parks as well as the brand’s water parks.

Sesame Place Philadelphia: Got little ones at home? You can save up to 60% on tickets and up to 25% on season passes during Sesame Place Philadelphia’s Black Friday sale.

Legoland Florida Resort: Legoland Florida Resort’s Black Friday sale is offering savings of up to 50% on annual passes, single-day tickets (valid January 4 through March 22, 2024), and vacation deals (stay two or more nights between January 2 and May 22, 2024).
